TREATMENTS

The treatment process starts with an in-depth assessment of the athlete, not just

looking at the area that is painful or injured.

The philosophy is based on enhancing the body's movement efficiency and its ability to perform strong, powerful, unrestricted movements. Also focusing on the treatment of pain and pathology, using a mixture of manual therapy and exercise.

To do this, postural, bio-mechanical and functional movement assessments are carried out. This will highlight the specific areas of the body that are contributing to improper movement patterns and muscle function, which can contribute to tissue overload and increased risk of injury.

The treatment techniques focus on pain, muscle tone and movement patterns, which will help the client progress quickly into specific functional exercises that will help prepare them return to sport.

As an athlete, your body will be moving as it should …...

Feeling Lighter, Stronger, Freer, Faster.
